(mh-min-colors-defined-flag): New variable.
(mh-defface-compat): New function. Provides backward compatibility for
face specs.
(mh-show-header, mh-show-date, mh-show-cc, mh-folder-to)

(mh-folder-body): Use mh-defface-compat.
